These Terms govern your use of the One Roof Exterior Restoration website and any services you receive from us. By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Estimates and Quotes

All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Material costs and availability can change; significant changes will be communicated and re-quoted before work begins.

Scope of Work

The scope of work for any project is defined in your signed estimate or contract. Additional work outside that scope requires a written change order signed by both parties.

Payment

Payment terms are stated in your project contract. Past-due amounts may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by law and incur reasonable collection costs.

Warranty

We honor the manufacturer warranty on installed materials and provide our own workmanship warranty as detailed in your contract. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by acts of God, third-party work, neglect, or alterations performed by others.

Insurance Claims

We may assist with documenting damage and communicating with your insurance carrier, but we are not your insurance adjuster or agent. All coverage decisions are made by your carrier.

Content on this site is provided for informational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content, brand, or photos without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Roof's liability for any claim arising out of your use of this site or our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Jackson County, Missouri.
